We Are Actively Improving
SmallerImages.com is continuously being developed and optimized. We are working to improve conversion accuracy, expand format support, increase performance for large batches, and add features that make bulk image conversion faster and more reliable for everyday use.
If you have been using the tools and have suggestions based on your real workflow, that kind of feedback is exactly what we are looking for. You can be direct. If something is not working well, we want to know.
Before You Write In
If you are experiencing an issue with a tool, these steps resolve most common problems:
- Try a different browser (Chrome or Firefox tend to have the most consistent image codec support).
- Make sure your browser is up to date. Older browser versions may have limited support for formats like AVIF or HEIC.
- For very large batches, try uploading as a ZIP archive rather than selecting individual files. It is generally more stable for high file counts.
- If only one or two files are causing issues, try converting them individually to isolate whether the problem is the file or the batch.
If none of the above helps, please email us and we will look into it.
Important. Critical or Sensitive Files
SmallerImages.com is built for everyday digital image use. Blogs, social media, websites, and bulk content workflows. If you are working with images that must meet specific legal, medical, archival, or print quality standards, please read our Disclaimer before use. For files in those categories, always verify output quality carefully before relying on it.
We look forward to hearing from you.
